It's simple to monitor your Cashback. Simply login to your Brands Club account and visit your My Account page. Then click on Update Account Information. This will allow you to view and edit personal information like your name, address, etc.  After you have made an online purchase at one of our stores, we receive confirmation from the store that a purchase has been made. Once that confirmation is received, you will see the pending cashback on your My Account page under Pending Transactions (for approximately 45 days). Amounts from that order eligible for cashback will be moved to Approved Transactions.

Cashback cheques are mailed out when a member's account reaches $30.00. Cheques are mailed out in Canadian and U.S. currency depending on the country in which the consumer resides.
